Fundraising information

Our main fundraising endeavor is the raffle.  This helps keep joining cost lower for all players and brings in funds to purchase team gear, pay for tournaments, field maintenance and odds/ends. 

All tickets will be evenly distributed at the Parent/Player meeting on March 25th at 6:30 at the Elementary School cafeteria.   We will sell 1,000 tickets to fully fund the raffle.  The raffle committee will not accept unsold tickets to be turned in.  Every player will sell her allotted number of tickets.  Raffle ticket stubs and money due on or before April 25, 2025. The raffle committee will offer multiple opportunities to turn in sold tickets/ticket stubs and money collected. Drawing will be held live at the softball complex and will stream on Facebook on May 8, 2025.  

Our other fundraiser revenues come from profits from the concession stand sales at all home varsity games and hosting a home summer tournament named "Bring the Heat".
