Fundraising information

Our main fundraising endeavor is the raffle.  After receiving responses from the raffle survey that was sent out in the fall 2023, we will run the $20 raffle again in the spring of 2024. 

All tickets will be evenly distributed among all registered players.  We need to sell 1,000 tickets to fully fund the raffle.  The raffle committee will not accept unsold tickets to be turned in.  Every player will sell her allotted number of tickets.  The raffle committee will offer multiple opportunities to turn in sold tickets/ticket stubs and money collected. Drawing will be held live on Facebook in May.  

Our other fundraiser revenues come from profits from the concession stand sales at all home varsity games and hosting a home summer tournament named "Bring the Heat".
